Providence Park (1844 SW Morrison St, Portland, OR 97205) is Portland's soccer and MLS stadium — home of the Portland Timbers and Portland Thorns FC — with a capacity of 25,218 following its 2019 expansion. The stadium sits in the heart of downtown Portland, and it is surrounded by four one-way streets that become completely gridlocked during sellout matches and major events. The nearest public parking garages fill by 90 minutes before kickoff; rideshare drop-off is on SW Morrison Street with pickup pushed to surrounding blocks.
From Vancouver, the drive is about 18 miles via I-5 south — which sounds fast until a match lets out at the same time as a Blazers game at the Moda Center two miles away. A Vancouver charter bus drops the group at SW Yamhill Street, steps from Gate B, and picks everyone up at an agreed staging point post-match. Bus parking is available in the Smart Park Garage on SW 10th Avenue, about three blocks from the stadium.
